• Accommodation reservations must be a minimum of 5 consecutive nights for voucher redemption.

Non-Transferable and Single Use:

• Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another person.
• Only one voucher may be used per booking.
• If multiple iAfrika Travel vouchers are possessed, only one may be applied to a single booking.

Expiration and Adherence:

• The expiration date on the voucher will be strictly enforced, and expired vouchers will not be honored.

Single Reservation Usage:

• Each voucher is valid for a single reservation.

Booking Restrictions:

• Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts unless expressly stated.

Reservation Changes:

• Any changes to a reservation made with a voucher are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant accommodation provider.

Limited Liability:

• iAfrika Travel is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury related to the use of the voucher, including issues during travel or accommodation.

Cancellation Policy:

• Voucher redemption is subject to the cancellation policy outlined on the iAfrika Travel website.

Booking Process:

• Voucher redemption details, including steps and procedures, are available on the iAfrika Travel website.

Property Availability:

• Voucher redemption is subject to accommodation availability at selected properties, and iAfrika Travel does not guarantee availability.

Refund Policy:

• Refunds, if applicable, are subject to conditions outlined on the iAfrika Travel website.

Amendment of Terms:

• iAfrika Travel reserves the right to amend voucher terms and conditions, with customers notified of changes through the iAfrika Travel website.

Applicability of Other Terms:
